Wild-caught fish can be a part of a heart-healthy diet.
But some fish you should avoid like the plague.
And if you’re eating out?
Well...
There are 4 fish that you really must try to avoid at all costs.
If you’re concerned about the health of your heart, and having a heart attack, this will be the most important video you watch today.
When patients come to see me concerned about having a heart attack, there are 3 main things I make sure to educate them about, which include:
1.)Knowing the heart attack warning signs and when to call 911
2.)Which heart vitamins they should be taking each morning.
3.)Certain foods to avoid that are supposed to be heart healthy, but are actually the exact opposite. And those include the 4 fish we’re going to cover today.
Whether you eat these at home, or like to order them when eating out, in my medical opinion you should avoid these as much as possible.
