1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Just reach out to us within 60 days of purchase, and we’ll provide a refund on qualifying items.
2. No Returns Required, But Picture Required for Open Bottles
You do not need to return products. However, in order to process your refund, we do require a picture of all open bottles from your order. This helps us ensure we follow our refund policy correctly and prevents reselling.
3. Refunds Issued to Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method you used when placing the order. Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
4. Store Credit (Gift Cards)
If you prefer, we can offer store credit in the form of a gift card instead of a refund. Our gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issuance and can be used on future purchases on our website.
5. Shipping Costs
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping, this amount will not be included in your refund.
6. First Order Only
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first order of a product. For subsequent orders of the same product, we are unable to offer a refund if you're unsatisfied.
7. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can request a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee (as long as the conditions are met).
8. Refunds on Discounted Products
Discounted products are still eligible for a refund, provided they fall within the 60-day money-back guarantee period. You will receive a refund for the discounted price you paid.
9. Suspected Resellers
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we suspect are made by resellers. If we determine that an order is being placed for resale, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, as per our policy.
